Patricia Houston is a professional artist working south of Adelaide in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. Her art is influenced by the rugged coastline, magnificent rolling hills and the vistas of the McLaren Vale region, rich in it's history of vineyards and wine making. Having travelled extensively throughout Australia, she also enjoys painting outback scenes, including birds and wildlife. All paintings are for sale. On most days you will find Patricia either painting or teaching in her studio. 'Houston Fine Art', is open to the public, and is located at 15 Robinson Rd, Old Noarlunga. Patricia also offers a comprehensive picture framing service. She is happy to advise customers on the best possible frame and mat combinations. What's New...

Patricia has just completed two very special paintings.

'Sticky Beaks' SOLD (at left) is a delightful painting of three colourful Macaws having a discussion about their friend feasting on grapes. What characters they are!

'Gourmet Delights' (shown below) is a detailed painting depicting all the special treats in a continental deli. The painting's details are shown on the Showcase page (ID#1223).

After a recent trip to the Flinders Ranges, Partricia was inspired to paint the spectacular scenery of spinifex covered red soils with kangaroos in 'Big Reds at Arkaba Station', as well as 'Gum Trees at Ediowie Station' (featured at the top right of this page).
